A free program you can download and view a blend of satellite and aerial photography of anywhere on the globe. It's absolutely amazing and very addictive.

Even check out cars on the streets or your neighbour's pool...
And of course, how could I leave out Shark Park...
The catch is, you really need broadband to use this properly, but it's an amazing application.
